So here's my dilemma. Patriots v. Giants. I hate rudy-red-face Coughlin and the Giants are Redskins division rivals. But part of me wants the drama of the New England losing in their final game 16-1. And I would love if former Washington linebacker Antonio Pierce got his ring.
But that would also mean supporting Jeremy Shockhead. I'd rather pull my own finger nails out with pliers. Decisions, decision.
And, of course, we all know who is going to win, so what does it matter anyway?

Oh, and as for Fassel: Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, uh, I mean, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, that is, NEEEIINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN

It was Fassel whose "finest moment," the Super Bowl run that began with his "playoff guarantee," was actually a lame-ass last-ditch attempt to save his job. Man, hiring a guy who went 25-33 coaching a college team in a subpar conference (WAC), has a lifetime 58-53 NFL record (Cowher was 161-99-1 -- a little better, huh?) and seems better suited to doing what he was in 2004-2005: owning a Quiznos.
Dysfunctional bosses seek out employees that will continue to tolerate the dysfunction.

Shockey's injured anyways, so it's not like that assclown has had anything to do with their success (I'd have similar reservations otherwise). I just want a team whose coach has a soul (although it might be up for debate with Coughlin) to win.

P.S. As further evidence of Belicheck having less humanity than T-1000, I read in the Bog that he hates Hail to the Redskins.
